Our students visited the Department of Marine and Port Management and learned about the importance of marine ecosystems, and then brought life to our seas with the cleaning work they carried out on the beach.
Visitors to the Maritime and Port Management departments received detailed information from experts about how seas and ports are registered. In this way, they increased their understanding of the causes, consequences and precautions of maritime bans and what could be done.
After the visit, the women started cleaning the beach with gloves and garbage. Plastic waste, glass pieces and other marine structures are collected one by one and separated into special containers to prevent damage. With this event, they showed their lives and contributed to the protection of the seas in a practical way.
